How to schedule a calling or appointment online with Mercating

Now. Let’s learn step by step on how to schedule your call or appointment online from your computer, tablet or mobile.

1. Identify the call-to-actions (buttons and links) to open the schedule app

We have set various call-to-actions across our site to make it easier for you. You’ll find these call-to-actions on the home page, the search bar from the menu, the about us page, the help center, at the footer of the site, and on each product page right below the add to cart button.

If you click on a call-to-action and see the schedule window like the one below, you’re ready to go.

2. Choose the purpose of your appointment

Once you open the schedule app, you can now select the reason for your appointment.

If you’re not sure why you want to schedule your call or appointment, you can click on the information icon to review what’s the service about.

3. Choose your lucky day

Next, select the date you want to meet.

4. Choose your champion

For now, it seems I’m the only champion available for calling and meeting.

5. Choose the time you want to request your appointment or call

Don’t forget to consider the timezone and our business schedule. We work from Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, with limited support on the weekends.

6. Input your contact information

Type your name, e-mail, and phone number. Please confirm everything is correct. Otherwise, we won’t be able to reach you.

7. Finally, submit your request

Once you confirmed everything is correct, click on “Book” to submit your request. You’ll see the next confirmation message if you submit your request successfully.

8. Check your e-mail for the confirmation

If you use Gmail, you’ll receive a confirmation like this one displaying the purpose and information you input in your request.

If you use Outlook, your confirmation may look like this:

Either way, your appointment will be automatically scheduled in your calendar.

That’s pretty much it to schedule something online with us.
