Order processing

How to place an order?
To place an order:
  1. Identify the product you would like to purchase.
  2. Click on the product image to go to the product page.
  3. Review carefully the product description, specifications, and all the information related to the product.
  4. Choose the variations of the product.
  5. There are different colors, sizes, finishes, etc.
  6. Select or input the quantity of products you would like to purchase. There is no minimum required.
  7. Finally, click the "Add to cart".
You may continue shopping repeating these steps until you are ready to checkout. When you are ready to checkout:
  1. Go to your shipping cart by clicking on the cart icon, located at the top right section of your screen.
  2. Review your shopping list.
  3. Provide special instructions if any.
  4. Check 'I have read and I agree with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy'
  5. Click 'Checkout' once you confirmed everything is correct. You will then be directed to the checkout page.
  6. Login if you have a Mercating™ account. If not, you still can purchase without account.
  7. Fill out correctly your email, billing, shipping, and payment information.
Can I place an order by phone or email?
We ask and encourage you to place your order online using our secure checkout, however, our end-to-end customer support could also assist with this. Feel free to reach out to our support team from Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Can I place an order in person?
Mercating™ is an online-only retailer and does not have a physical store or retail location, therefore it does not offer in-person order/pickup.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order by reaching out to our support team. Mercating™ may only be able to do the following changes or updates of an order that has not been processed or shipped.
  1. Shipping address change - Request to have your shipping address edited.
  2. Order cancellation - Request to have your entire order canceled.
  3. Item cancellation - Request to have an item removed from your order.
  4. Item edit - Request for an item size / color change
Mercating™ cannot cancel or modify an order that has been processed and shipped.
Can I add or change the items of an order I placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add or change the contents of an order once it has been placed.

If you would like to change the contents of an order, you must cancel your order and place a new order with the updated contents. If you need to add new items to your order, it'll be easier to place a new order considering those items.

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout and confirm that all information, including your email address, is correct. Mercating™ won't be responsible if an order ships and the information provided at checkout was incorrect.
How long does it take to process my order?
Technically, we start processing each order as soon as is placed. However, it normally take us between 6-10 business days to make sure you will receive great products. Keep in mind that this processing time is not related to delivery times.
How to make sure I will order the right product?
We totally understand that online shopping could sometimes be frustrating or overwhelming because of the lack or complicated information you need to go through to make a purchase.

At Mercating™ our goal is to make your purchasing experience as friendly and secure as possible so you always receive products you can feel safe and happy with.

How to make sure I will order the right size?
You can check the available sizes when clicking "Size guide" within the specification tab. In some size charts, you will find the length, chest, and sleeve length for each size. In this case, you should measure yourself following the instructions below for the closest fit. You may want to ask someone else for assistance.
  • Length. Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the shirt.
  • Chest. Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the measuring tape horizontal.
  • Sleeve length. Place the end of a measuring tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve. When you get to the shoulder hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.
Note that all product measurements are provided by our suppliers, and may vary by up to 2" (5 cm).
What to do if I did not receive my order confirmation?
Order confirmations e-mails are sent automatically to the e-mail address provided at checkout when orders are placed and shipped. If you did not receive an e-mail when your order was placed, please check your junk e-mail or spam folder.

If you found the order confirmation e-mail in your spam folder, we suggest you to add our e-mail address to your address book to prevent the same issue from happening.

Where to find my order history?
Order history is only available to customers with a Mercating™ account. To check your order history, please log into your account.
How to check my order status prior to shipping?
To check your order status, log into your Mercating™ account. Once you logged in, you will access to your order history, which will list every order you have placed together with its payment and fulfillment status.
Why is the status of my order 'unfulfilled' or 'fulfilled'?
An ‘unfulfilled’ status simply means that your order has not yet been processed and shipped. This status may change to ‘fulfilled’ once it has been fully processed and shipped. Note that a ‘fulfilled’ status is not a confirmation of tracking or delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Order processing begins after you click on the submit button, therefore it may not be possible to cancel your order.

Mercating™ is unable to cancel orders that have already shipped. However, once you have received your order, you may submit a return request to begin the returns process. Note that some items are not eligible for returns/refunds.
