Do I need to get an account to purchase?
Mercating™ accounts are entirely optional, and are not required to place an order. However, accounts are useful as they allow you to:
  • Review your order history
  • Review the status of your current orders, including payment and fulfillment information.
  • Request returns easier
  • Reduce the risk of entering a wrong address (as you don't need to input it every time you make a purchase)
  • Facilitate payment validation as you build trust with us
  • Enjoy the benefits of being a regular or registered customer
How to sign up?
To sign up for a Mercating™ account, click here, then fill in your information (First name, last name, e-mail address, and password), and finally, click create!

If you have any issues signing up for an account, please reach out to our support team.
How to recover my password?
To recover your password:
  1. Go to Login.
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your e-mail address you used to create your account.
  4. Click submit to receive an email and reset your password.

How to change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address in your Mercating™ account:
  1. Go to your account.
  2. Click "View address"
  3. Edit the address you want to change.
Note that changing the address on your Mercating™ account does not change the shipping or billing address on an existing order. Once an order has been placed, only the shipping address can only be modified from our end.
How to change my shipping address if I don't have an account?
